All orders can be paid for by credit/debit card, bacs or cheque.
Telephone Orders: If you would like to call us with your order rather than place it online we are usually available in the office from 9am to 5pm on 01865 858049.
Email Orders: If you would like to email in a purchase order please do so to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process and respond with an invoice and delivery ETA. The invoice can be paid by bacs, cheque or credit/debit card.
Purchase Orders: We are able to accept official purchase orders from particular businesses and the public sector. We then grant a strict 14 day credit term and payment is required by bacs or cheque.
Online Orders: You are welcome to place orders online 24 hours a day 7 days a week and we will pick them up when in the office. We aim to despatch within 48 hours of receiving an order. Online orders have 3 payment options. You can select to pay on the telephone then we will call you from the office to take either credit card details or provide our bank details for bacs payments. We have 2 card payment gateways on the system: Cardsave and Klarna. Cardsave is powered by Worldpay and takes the payment immediately from the card details. Klarna offer a payment system that allows you to pay 14 days after the goods have been despatched. Both Cardsave and Klarna require the invoice address to match the card statement address exactly so please make sure this is correct or the order will decline and be frustrating for you.
