During the Covid-19 lockdown we are still open and despatching orders, making sure essential retailers have the baskets and trolleys they need. However, it is taking a little longer than usual to despatch orders because we are operating with depleted warehouse staff and limited delivery drivers.
The majority of orders are being despatched on Wednesdays with national courier networks either in boxes or on pallets for delivery on Thursdays and Fridays. If your order is urgent then we may be able to offer a quicker delivery service but please contact us before placing the order. International delivery is currently challenging so please also contact us before placing the order online.

Lead Time
We hold a good stock in our UK warehouse where we keep all our standard supermarket shopping trolleys, shopping baskets, roll cages, trolley baskets, stack nest crates etc that are available on this site, so we ship out usually within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will keep in contact with you regarding the progress of your order.
Refurbished trolleys can take a little longer to despatch depending on what work is required to bring them up to our high standards. If delivery is ever urgent or you require a particular delivery date do always call or email us with your requirements.
Branding
We have a variety of shopping trolley handles and retail basket colours to match to your brand requirements. We can also have the trolley handles logo branded or logos either dye-stamped or applied with weatherproof labels to the plastic hand baskets or trolley baskets.
